The Why

Reaching one student creates a ripple effect far beyond the classroom

Reach One Therapy — Therapy-Owned, School-Focused, Student-Centered.

Our Purpose

Built by a therapist who understands schools

At Reach One Therapy, we believe that reaching one student creates a ripple effect that extends far beyond the classroom. When a child gains confidence, independence, or a new way to communicate, families are strengthened, educators are empowered, and communities grow stronger.

That's why we partner with schools to provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy services that remove barriers to learning and create opportunities for every student to thrive. Our purpose is simple: build meaningful partnerships, empower exceptional clinicians, and ensure every student has the support they need to reach their full potential.

Reach One Therapy was founded and built by an occupational therapist — someone who has carried a school caseload, sat in the IEP meetings, and written the documentation. That perspective shapes every placement we make.

“We understand the gaps because we've worked within them.”

Our Values

What guides every partnership

Five commitments that shape how we staff, communicate, and serve.

Student centered

Every decision starts with the student sitting in the classroom.

Whole team collaboration

Therapists, teachers, administrators, and families working from the same plan.

Timely communication

Questions answered, reports delivered, and problems surfaced early.

Quality clinicians

Licensed, experienced, and genuinely supported in their work.

Integrity

We do what we said we would do — for schools, clinicians, and students.

Experience in school-based therapy

Evaluations, IEPs, service delivery, caseload management, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The school setting is our specialty, not a side offering.

Partnership over placement

This isn't just placing a provider it's creating a sustainable partnership that supports student outcomes year after year.

One child. One step. One reach at a time.
